Update

Last week A.J. and a couple of kids played in a 3 vs. 3 tournament and did very well. They beat the first team 12-1. The second game they got tested and got beat. They played two more regular games the next day and won them in shut-outs. The qualified for the semis and won that and made it to the championship game against the team that beat them in the second game and played them tough and beat them and now they have the opportunity to go to Colorado or Nevada for the regional but it's not till later on this year.

Val went to the hospital yesterday because her blood pressure was up and the doctor has put her on bed rest until she has the baby. I guess the last kid has to go out with a bang. I took today off to take care of her. Shawn and Kelly are in Tennessee with there dad. Rylie and Peyton spent the night at Dad and Shauna's house and are now at Mom's house spending the night there. A.J. is spending the night at a friend on his soccer team.

Memorial Day

We went to one of the parents house on A.J's soccer team. There were 8 adults and about 11 kids. We barbecued and then played Rock Band. It was a really fun day for everyone. It had been raining for most of the day. Times tickin down for when we have the baby. I know Val is ready to be done. She hasn't been sleeping well because of the braxton hicks things have been painful. We bought some 2x4's for Shawn's room yesterday. Hopefully this weekend will start that.

A.J. has been having a crazy schedule with soccer. He's been having for to 5 games a week. This week will probably be the last month of his soccer. They will take a couple months off and then start back up. He has tryouts this Saturday. I have beeb practicing with him nightly so hopefully he can stay on the same team with the same kids on his team. A.J. is having one of the kidson his team spend the night on Friday. Well not much longer and will have another Keil baby in the house. We will probably go get the crib on Friday since it's my day off.

Things have been pretty crazy. Last Sunday I had to speak in church and also teach the gospel Essentials class. A.J. has 2 games tonight 1 tomorrow, training on Friday and 2 soccer games on Saturday. A.J. is on a competition team so he plays quiet a few games during the week. He loves it. Val had a baby shower last Saturday. There was a lot of support from the ward and also from the family. We got a lot of things. Now we just need to get the crib and we will be set, I think.

It's been since the Notre Dame trip that I wrote in our blog. A.J. had 4 soccer games this week. They won 2 and lost 2. On Saturday night I went over to Rob Adams house, one of of my buddies from high school. We watch the UFC fights and also flipped back and forth to watch the Jazz play Houston. Thanks Rob for inviting me over. I had a lot of fun just chillin and chating with you all night. Today at work we have 11 loads coming out. That's 77 pallets of product to get put away, that's crazy.
I got called to be the ward mission leader in our ward last week. Will have to see how this calling goes because it's been such along time since I have done any of that. I have been sick all of last week with a head and chest cold. We are looking forward to seeing Heather and Kyle this week.

Notre Dame Coaches Clinic

Well on Thurday April 3rd Shawn and I took off to Notre Dame. We got to Atlanta good but it was leaving Atlanta was the problem. We were flying Stand-by and anyone know flying stand-by it's not guaranteed your going to get on the plane. Well after a 3 hour layover we didn't make the first flight to South bend. So we had to wait and see if we were going to make the second flight at 9:15 that night. We got lucky and were able to get on the flight. We were the last to get on the plane. We didn't get to our hotel until 12:00 a.m. the next morning.

We got up with only having 4 to 5 hours of sleep and headed to the Joyce Center. We had a good time learning from all these Coaches from around the United States. That night we got to take a tour of the stadium. The Next day we went to the Joyce center and learned more. We got to See the team practice. After that we went to the College Football Hall of Fame. We had a lot of fun there.
We almost didn't make the flight from South bend to Cincinnati and then from there to Salt Lake. All and all we had a good time.
